Service Description

The goal of this form of bodywork is used to reduce chronic pain and normalize body posture by loosening tight muscles and connective tissues. Specific muscles are located and trigger points may be released. Neuromuscular, myofascial release and/or sports massage techniques may be used according to the clients needs.
